A modern brasserie inspired by France
We opened Brasserie Quartier in March 2026 with a simple idea: to bring the warmth, generosity and everyday pleasure of a brasserie to Durham.
Independent and family-run, we're Durham's only French flavour, serving seasonal food from brunch through to lunch, dinner and Sunday, alongside French wines, classic cocktails and good coffee.
You’ll find us in Prince Bishops Place, just a short walk from Durham Cathedral and the Market Place — a neighbourhood brasserie for everything from a quick lunch to a long dinner.
